SD1 tube door for JL/JT has been optimized.

Without affecting the original appearance and style, we have made some optimizations to SD1:

Add some small grooves to the rearview mirror plate
1. Now the rearview mirror plate has some small grooves, so that the electrophoretic fluid can better cover all the gaps during the surface anti-rust treatment.

Slightly reduced steel tube protrusion
2. The expansion of the tube at the knee area has been slightly reduced, so that the carton will not bulge during transportation and reduce the risk of logistics damage, but still provide enough legroom. The protrusion is now 2 inches away.

Optimized door lines

3. The lines of the rear doors have been optimized, and now they match the JL/JT body more than before.

Upgraded door latch
4.We upgraded to brand new Southco R4 latches.

They now have integrated bumpers, which helps reduce minor vibrations.

The one-piece structure is more stable.

But please note that we have received feedback from very few customers that some minor modifications may required to get the holes aligned after installing the Southco latches.
